• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

Processing Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
