SuperMark ships worldwide and we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard International Shipping: 6-14 business days (depending on location).
• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available in select regions).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method(some countries are subject to free shipping).
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product under the following conditions:

Return Period

• Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

• Follow the instructions provided for returning your items.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
